Labor Force Participation of Filipino Americans

In 1990, 67% of Asian Americans, compared with 65% of all Americans were in the labor force. Filipino, East Indian, Thai and Chinese had participation rates higher than the national average. Asian women had a higher participation rate than all other women. Sixty percent of Asian women were in the labor force compared with 57% of all women in the United States.
